Position Purpose
Oversee the operations of Lewinstein Athletic Center and other Dartmouth College Athletic Facilities from 5:00 pm till closing on weekdays throughout the year and all day on weekends. Schedule will be dependent on the current operating hours of Fitness Center. This is a part-time position.
Required Qualifications
Attention to detail. Able to multi-task. Ability to interact with other departments.

Schedule may fluctuate based on needs of the department. Candidate will need to be available regularly for shifts on Wednesdays & Fridays from 5:30 to 10:30pm and Saturday and Sunday 8:00am-1:00pm

Front Desk Supervision
* Supervise all student front desk employees to ensure they are fulfilling their responsibilities and job duties.
* Oversee and account for financial transactions from day pass sales and student locker sales after the Athletic Facilities Membership Offices closes for the day.
* Provide membership and visitors with accurate and timely information.
* Regularly communicate with the Fitness Center staff.
Building Operations
* Provide supervision for all areas of Lewinstein Athletic Center and other Dartmouth College Athletic Facilities to ensure that all users have appropriate membership levels, as well as to monitor usage throughout the facilities
* Liaise with Safety and Security and Facilities Operations and Maintenance in the event of a safety, security or maintenance issue.
