Evening Concierge - Part Time (Monday - Friday) - Colonial American Development Corporation : Job Details

The Northridge, a 64-unit Senior Living Community in North Ridgeville, OH, is looking to hire a Part-Time Evening Concierge.

The Evening Concierge is responsible for general front desk activities, light cleaning, and organizing common areas. They may also assist with projects and provide any additional support necessary.

• Greet guests and maintain guest book sign-in/out.
• Answer incoming calls and carry cordless phones when not at the front desk.
• Monitor Security Cameras while at the front desk.
• Conduct hourly rounds of interior building corridors.
• Set dining room tables for the next day.
• Light cleaning includes straightening pillows, sweeping, vacuuming, and emptying trash.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enjoy working with Seniors

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Ability to multi-task

• 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM - Monday - Friday

Hourly pay rate of $15.50 per hour.

Background screening is required.
