Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Job DescriptionJob Duties:* Performs a range of custodial tasks including:* Taking out trash, tidying furniture and* dusting surfaces,* Sweeping and mopping floors,* Vacuuming,* Washing and sanitizing bathroom fixtures* with germicidal cleaners and restocking* restrooms,* Cleaning mirrors and windows,* Watering plants (interior and exterior)* and cleaning exterior surfaces,* Performing minor repairs.* Learns and adheres to all applicable health and safety regulations and policies.* Assists with special projects as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum-* High School Diploma/GED* Generally less than 2 years' experience in a related field* Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.* Must be able to work independently.* Effectively communicate and interact with staff, management and customers.* Efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment.* Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.* Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb.* Medium strength. Ability to lift 1-50 pounds.* Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.Work Shift:* Monday - Friday* 3:00 pm - 11:30 pmPreferred-* Skill and knowledge to perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC repairs strongly preferred.BenefitsEmployees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
