Shift leaders manage expectations to consistently provide remarkable experiences for each guest, all day, every day. This position focuses on the daily operation of the restaurant through effective leadership and management of staff, hospitality, and cleanliness. This position works closely with the Directors of Operation to ensure operational goals are met and that our team members are equipped and led to be successful. We are currently seeking Kitchen shift leaders with full-time availability from 11am-11pm to expand our leadership team.   • Leading the team to deliver a remarkable guest experience during the shift
  • Executing set ups and ensuring people are in the right positions
  • Monitoring labor and making necessary adjustments
  • Support other leaders
  • Execution of huddles to ensure all team members are on the same page
  • Executing the HEARD model with all guest concerns
  • Proactively checking team members tasks
  • Completing daily SAFE's/ERQA's
  • Leaving the restaurant better than you found it
  • Coaching the behaviors of all team members to include:
*Sense of urgency Execution of systems (i.e. checklists, timers) *Proactive thinking to anticipate the needs of the guests *Proactive thinking with the team members' responsibilities Systems & Processes
  • Ensuring checklists and timers are being completed in a timely manner
  • Ensure team members and leaders consistently follow all processes and procedures
  • Work with leadership team to identify team member training gaps
  • Protect the brand by ensuring that packaging, food preparation, and quality is top level
Requirements
  • Leadership traits- Experience leading a team for at least 1 year
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Conflict management skills
  • Flexibility to work daytime, evenings & weekends
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
  • Practice thinking like a director for ways to improve
  • Always be positive
