We are seeking a self-starter with strong organizational skills and fine attention to detail to join our team as an Evening Shift Material Handling Specialist. At our Grafton, ND location, you will play a crucial role in loading trucks with our premium windows to ensure timely and accurate shipments to customers. This position requires effective communication, strong teamwork, and a commitment to improving productivity, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks in a timely, accurate, and safe manner
• Check shipments for quality accuracy based on guidelines
• Utilize computers, ICIM program, and scanners
• Work and communicate effectively within a team

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand and/or walk for 8-10 hours a day
• Perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions
• Capable of heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending
• Strong self-motivation and minimal direction required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
