Event Assistant - Randstad Digital : Job Details

Job Overview: Join our team in organizing and running a county-wide quiz competition! We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist our technicians with setting up and breaking down event equipment at schools throughout the county. No technical experience is required, but this position will involve physical tasks such as setting up folding tables, banners, podiums, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment for quiz competitions at various schools.
• Move, lift, and set up tables, podiums, banners, and other event materials.
• Ensure all equipment is properly arranged for each event.
• Travel between event sites as needed (travel will be reimbursed).
• Maintain a professional and punctual presence at each event location.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation is required for travel between sites.
• Flexibility in working hours, as event start times and schedules vary.
• Punctuality is essential, with workdays starting at 7:30 AM for event setup (2-3 days per week), and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on non-event days.
