POSITION IS LOCATED near WEIRTON, WEST VIRGINIA.

Multifaceted, busy property with a thriving special event/function business, Equal focus on both social and corporate markets. Events can range from intimate, fine dining dinners for 10 to large corporate events. Quality on every level.

We are looking for a creative, inspiring, Director of Banquets that is passionate about providing the highest levels of hospitality.

Will play pivotal role, working alongside the Senior team to upgrade and elevate every aspect of an already successful Special Event/Banquet program. Unique career opportunity for a talented professional to be the catalyst for major change.

Person should have a minimum of 4-6 years Banquet Manager /Director level experience in a high volume, high quality, property. Some fine dining exposure ideal.

Excellent base compensation along with attainable bi-weekly paid bonus incentives target overall comp between $90k-$95k! Also an extensive range of benefits, along with an excellent work/life balance. Relocation expenses and short term housing available.
