As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and management of a variety of events, ranging from corporate functions to social gatherings. This position requires a creative mindset with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all aspects of events from concept to completion
• Develop event proposals and budgets in collaboration with clients
• Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, and transportation
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and adherence to timelines
• Oversee event set-up, management during the event, and breakdown afterwards
• Create and manage event schedules and timelines to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for details
• Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
