This dynamic position requires creativity, organization, and exceptional communication skills, as you will collaborate with clients to understand their vision and objectives while ensuring that every detail is flawlessly executed. Your role will encompass everything from venue selection, budget management, and vendor negotiations to on-site coordination and post-event evaluation.Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Research and select venues and vendors that align with the client's vision and budget.
- Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability.
- Coordinate logistics such as catering, audiovisual needs, accommodations, and transportation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and venue staff throughout the event process.
- Create detailed event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination, with a portfolio of successful events.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
