Join Our Team as an Event Coordinator at Think Tell JunctionThink Tell Junction We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for organizing and executing events that leave a lasting impression on attendees. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events, including conferences, corporate meetings, weddings, and community gatherings. Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute a variety of events from conception to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and attendees.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine event objectives, themes, and budget requirements.
  • Conduct site visits and negotiate contracts with venues and vendors to secure the best options for events.
  • Create and manage event timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate logistics, including catering, audiovisual setup, transportation, and accommodations for guests as necessary.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events, including social media campaigns and email outreach.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role, with a portfolio of successful events.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficient in event management software and various digital tools for planning and organization.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
