As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, including corporate conferences, social gatherings, and community events. Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality standards
• Collaborate with clients to define event objectives and requirements
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and transportation
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and maximize attendance
• Oversee registration processes and manage on-site attendee experiences

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience as an event coordinator or relevant role in event management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexible schedule with a willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
