Hangout Hospitality has an opening for an Event Coordinator. For this position, candidates will need to have a high school diploma and at least one year of event planning and event management experience. This opportunity will be located in Gulf Shores, AL and it is not a remote position. Skills needed: Ability to work on a creative team Self-motivation Have amazing verbal and written communication skills. Escalation of items you are unable to answer. Ability to create/ update a FAQ for reference. Ability to match tone and content to established brands Multitasking Ability to strategically plan and execute events Ability to communicate Ability to stand for extended periods of time and the ability to lift 20-30lbs Ability to take photos and videos Ability to receive constructive criticism Duties: Interact with management team, to create, coordinate, advertise and promote events Document the events and their attendees in photographs, short form video and audio clips Use proprietary software to create customer facing communications.
