Description Position Overview: As a Full Time Event Coordinator at Pinz, you'll play a vital role in building and maintaining guest relationships along with ensuring our events are successful and our guests have memorable experiences. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Key Responsibilities:
  • Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong guest relationships with new and existing guests through community outreach efforts, networking, cold calls, and follow-ups.
  • Community Engagement: Represent Pinz at local networking events to foster connections and promote our venue.
  • Event Coordination: Assist the Event Manager in booking various events, including corporate parties, social celebrations, birthday parties and reservations. Work directly with guests with budgeting, availability, and event details to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Venue Tours: Provide guided tours of the venue to prospective clients, showcasing our venue and experiences.
  • On-Site Event Collaboration: Work directly with your General Manager to plan and execute specialty on-site events that enhance the guest experience.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Record biweekly commission earnings and monitor progress toward monthly sales goals.
  • Communication: Share detailed event information with the management team, including timelines, headcounts, and logistics during a weekly BEO meeting.
  • General Support: Perform other duties as needed to ensure the success of events and the satisfaction of guests.
