You'll get to contribute to both large-scale webinars and smaller client events, helping us build and maintain strong relationships with our audience.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of virtual and in-person events, including webinars, workshops, and networking events.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop event timelines, agendas, and promotional materials.
  • Help manage event registration, guest lists, and communications with attendees.
  • Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Coordinate event logistics such as technology setup (for virtual events), venue arrangements (for in-person events), and materials.
  • Monitor social media and digital channels to promote upcoming events and engage with participants before, during, and after the event.
  • Help track and evaluate event success, gathering feedback and suggesting improvements for future events.
  • Assist in event follow-up tasks, including thank-you emails, post-event surveys, and social media coverage.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Prior experience with event coordination or project management is a plus, but not required.
