The Event Experience Specialist is responsible for assisting the Event Experience team and Track President in the strategic development and implementation of new and existing major events. Responsibilities:Support marketing efforts related to events, including assisting with promotional materials, social media engagement, and event branding. Provide administrative support for event preparation and logistics. Assist the Event Experience Department in all areas of event planning and event activation Collaborate with other departments prior to and during event execution. Engage with guests, enhancing the overall event experience through customer service and operational support. Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth execution of all event activities. Perform other duties as assigned related to event preparation, operations, or guest services.
