Join our Marketing & Events team in a hybrid role based in Jersey City (NJ), New York (NY), or Pittsburgh (PA) where you will play a crucial part in shaping and executing integrated event marketing strategies and experiential activations. As the Senior Marketing & Events Manager, you will collaborate with event leadership, marketing partners, and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional client-centric events, elevate our brand through innovative experiences, and drive integrated event marketing programs.

Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize, develop, and implement integrated event marketing strategies and experiential activations.

- Manage and execute client-centric events including advisory boards, ensuring high-quality experiences.

- Manage relationships and interfacing with internal and external business partners and senior executives at all levels, including C-suite.

- B2B event management and a passion for organizing unforgettable events and high-touch experiences.

- Oversee end-to-end event management for proprietary events and third-party sponsorships.

- Engage in strategic event planning with internal stakeholders to meet benchmarks and goals.

- Create and manage registration websites, event apps, and custom email communications.

- Ability to travel (30% or more) and work off hours as needed.

Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in complex B2B event management.

- Superior project management skills with attention to detail.

- Strong knowledge of event marketing strategies and best practices.

- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel pivot tables

- Expertise in Cvent or relevant event technologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing/hospitality or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Excel pivot tables.

- If you've worked with celebrities or high net worth/exec level clients that would be a plus.
