Job Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
- Manage all aspects of event planning and execution under the Events as a Service (EaaS) program, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for all participants.
- Support marquee events to drive company success by coordinating logistics, space planning, and operational needs.
Space Planning & Optimization
- Collaborate with the Global Events Program Manager to ensure event spaces are efficiently utilized and equipped for diverse event requirements.
- Provide input on space design, furniture layout, and setup to optimize attendee experience.
Vendor Management
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, including caterers, transportation services, rental providers, and other suppliers.
- Negotiate preferred pricing in partnership with Procurement and Travel & Expense teams.
Global Events Program Support
- Ensure consistency in event planning and execution across all locations, maintaining alignment with the global plug-and-play events model.
Customer Support
- Act as a central point of contact for team leaders and onsite hosts to provide event planning guidance and support.
- Troubleshoot event-related challenges to ensure smooth operations.
Data Tracking & Reporting
- Track event performance metrics and generate comprehensive post-event reports to identify areas for improvement and measure success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams such as the Global Events and Enablement Manager, Procurement, and Travel & Expense teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives.
Leadership & Ownership
- Demonstrate a “no job is too small” attitude, taking ownership of tasks and projects with minimal oversight.
