NVE's team of creatives, strategists and producers develop insight-driven ideas rooted in culture to convert consumer attention into commitment, action, and brand loyalty.Summary of Position:NVE seeks an Event Production Coordinator to organize all aspects of events from conception to execution that meet our quality expectations. This position will support the Event Producer in ensuring client objectives are maintained throughout the production process and execution. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, organized and able to work independently and as part of a team.Job Responsibilities:Support the planning and execution of events including logistics, production and technicalWork with team to develop project plans with timelines and budgetsTrack and manage production schedule, monitor progress and proactively communicate status of all projects to Event Producer on an ongoing basisTrack and manage budget to ensure cost containment and profitability while delivering on client objectivesReview and edit project and event proposals from team membersAttend event rehearsals to ensure the set-up and working order of all audio-visual equipment, resolving any issues or technical errorsResearch vendors, review proposals, conduct site visits.Prepare documents for events including production schedules, run of show and scriptsQualifications:Minimum 1-3 years of experience in event production or as a project managerDegree in event management or related fieldOnsite experience in event productionOrganized, proactive problem solving, and attention to detail skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects independently, adhering to timelinesExperience developing detailed event budgetsAbility to work as part of a team that includes Operations, Design, CreativeExcellent written and communication skillsPrevious client-facing role within an agencyRequirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time while working remotely and in a standing position 50% or more of the time while working offsiteMust be able to work outdoors in various weather conditionsHave a valid Driver's LicenseRegularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally heavier itemsAvailable to work weekends and evenings as needed for eventsLocation: We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York City. The hourly range is $21.00 - $24.00 per hour. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. There are many factors to the presented hourly range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.
