Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigationAssist guest with any questions or needsQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent preferredStrong strategic thinking and creative problem solving skillsExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsAcute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacyA strong-sense of teamwork and ability to execute programsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPosition requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+ and occasional sitting
