Job Description This flexible part-time position is primarily responsible for meeting and banquet room set-up of tables and chairs as well as light custodial duties to maintain a welcoming & clean environment for patrons. This includes being available to patrons, providing general information regarding the community center, tear-down, vacuum and touch up areas that need cleaning. Hours of Work: The schedule is primarily weekends on a rotating basis and up to two weekday evenings as needed. Weekend hours vary dependent on schedule, typically ranging between 4pm and 2am and weekday hours primarily 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. as needed. Duties/Responsibilities Essential Job Functions:
- Open and close assigned facilities
- Set up meeting room and banquet room chairs, tables, coffee etc. according to schedule
- Set up audio visual equipment as needed
- Clean banquet and kitchen rooms; (NOTE: There is no meal prep nor dish washing)
- Vacuum, wipe down tables and walls, mop, remove trash and recycling
- Provide excellent customer service and general information to the public and coworkers.
Other Job Functions:
- Snow removal on sidewalks and entrance as necessary.
- Ability to push/pull/maneuver up to 100 lbs.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and late-night hours

- Experience in a similar position
- Experience cleaning rooms and/or kitchens
Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesKnowledge:
- Knowledge about cleaning techniques in a commercial setting
