The Events Assistant will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of a wide range of events, from corporate functions to weddings and everything in between. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment while contributing to the success of our clients' special occasions.Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of events, including but not limited to venue selection, vendor management, logistics planning, and on-site support.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their event needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
  • Manage event timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget constraints.
  • Provide administrative support to the events team, including drafting contracts, maintaining databases, and managing correspondence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to brainstorm creative ideas and innovative solutions to enhance the overall event experience.
  • Assist with post-event activities, such as gathering feedback, analyzing data, and preparing reports for future improvements.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
    • Prior experience in event planning or coordination, with a strong understanding of event logistics and best practices.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize deadlines effectively.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent) preferred.
