Job Description :
This position is a hybrid part-time position, 15 hours per week, at an hourly rate of $18-$20, based on experience. Position Summary: This person will support the Events and Community Outreach Coordinator by helping manage community events. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage 3rd party events
  • Assist Events and Community Outreach Coordinator with all aspects of events, including planning, and “day of” event assistance.
  • Assist in tracking and coordinating all event logistics, documents, and update database.
  • Work hands-on completing event needs
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Dependable
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Google Drive, Spreadsheets, etc.
  • Experience event planning a plus
