About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and creative Events Coordinator to join ourteam. In this contract position, you'll play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing at least 6 major fundraising events each year. If you're an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for event planning and fundraising, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute a minimum of 6 major fundraising events annually.
• Manage event logistics, engage stakeholders, and support fundraising initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and fundraising targets.
• Drive creative strategies for event engagement and success.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).
• 3-5 years of event planning experience (nonprofit experience preferred).
• 3-5 years of fundraising experience (corporate or B2B sales leadership may substitute).
• Ability to work well with diverse audiences and constituencies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Blackbaud (Raiser's Edge) is required.
• Strong understanding of marketing, social media, and event promotion.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, a positive attitude, and a team-player mindset.
