Events Coordinator - Spirit Mountain Casino : Job Details

Assists in conceptualizing, developing and coordinating special events, promotions, player tournaments and entertainment by conducting research over the Internet, magazines, and correspondence with other gaming industry personnel. Coordinates special events by assisting in determining theme, decor, gifts, invitations and other details. Processes contracts, purchase orders, checks, winner sheets, tax information and other documents associated with special events, promotional drawings and entertainment. Acts as liaison between the Casino and vendors and suppliers for on-site and off-site facilitation of special events and promotions, including production, decorations, setup and other specific equipment or material needs for events. Coordinates details and plans of events and entertainment with other Casino departments. Rents equipment and purchases giveaways and other supplies and materials for events. Researches and orders giveaways and uniforms for special events and promotions.
