Events Coordinator/Marketing - Solomon Page : Job Details

Our client is seeking a temporary Events Coordinator/Marketing to join their team in Mountain View, CA. This position is a 4 month assignment and you will be in the office 2-3 days a week.

• Pay rate: $45 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Work within the Medical Education Team and interact with HCPs to provide travel support, presentation coordination, and plan local and remote meeting logistics
• Lead physician presentation submission to approval; follow up with stakeholders; formatting edits and corrections
• Support medical education programs and field events through approval process, logistical support, order support materials, shipment of product, etc.
• Support remote and onsite events
• Administrative duties include travel arrangements, expense reports, Sunshine Act Reporting
• Track Medical Education and Regional Program Usage Reports

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Organized
• Previous experience in event coordinator/planning
