Responsibilities Assist with the physical arrangement for functions and events, such as setting up stands, tables, chairs, and table settings. Gather food, equipment and supplies for delivery to functions. Load, unload and operate vans and trucks used in delivering food and supplies to campus. Receive and check deliveries against invoices and move items to proper sites. Rotate stock for proper usage. Clean up after functions including washing and storing dishes and packing up unused food and supplies. Assist in preparation and serving of food when necessary.
