Currently, we are looking to add an Events Marketing Assistant to the team:Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage inventory of event materials such as displays, promotional items, and marketing literature
- Handle requested mailings from customers, employees, and distribution partners
- Work with the marketing team to coordinate event-related campaigns leveraging social media, email, promotions, and giveaways
- Assist in creating and processing lead generating promotions (travel grants, citation requests, etc.)
- Assist in creating and producing content for event-related sales and marketing campaigns, literature, and display pieces
- Act as a liaison between marketing and other departments at Cayman to fulfill various event-related requests
- Assist in other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field OR an equivalent amount of experience in marketing, event planning, or communications
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, Windows); Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
- Availability to work on-site in Ann Arbor during normal business hours 2-3 days a week
- Ability for domestic event travel 1-3 times annually
- Ability to prioritize tasks, be organized, and pay attention to detail
