Desirable Skills & Qualifications
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
-Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute event logistics, from registrations to onsite support.
-Exceptional time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Edge).
-Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic mobile device knowledge
-Experience with Association Management Software preferred.
-Familiarity with email marketing platforms and desktop publishing tools is a plus.
-Experience in creating marketing materials and email campaigns.
-Ability to address challenges and adapt to shifting priorities effectively.
-Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
-Demonstrates strong work ethic, dependability, and punctuality.
-Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds and travel for business-related purposes.
