Marketing Coordinator/Events Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator (MC). The MC will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives to drive brand awareness and generate leads. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing concepts, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target markets, competitors, and emerging trends.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, website content, and advertisements.
  • Support the management of social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring of engagement.
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating promotional events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance, making recommendations for optimization.
  • Liaise with sales teams to provide marketing support, including the creation of sales collateral and lead generation activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying new knowledge to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as budget tracking, invoice management, and maintaining marketing databases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in marketing or a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
