General Manager Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all operations including staffing, programming, and catering.
  • Managing supply orders, staff recruitment, training, and performance, while maintaining high standards in labor costs, profitability, guest satisfaction, and facility cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to ensure top-tier performance across all areas.
  • Creating a positive work environment, ensuring effective staff training and development, and maintaining open communication.
  • Guest relations, problem-solving, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Financial responsibilities include managing labor costs, adhering to budgets, and overseeing accurate financial reporting.

    • General Manager Requirements

  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • ServSafe certification.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Professional presence.
