Benefits Available!Weekly Pay! $15.00/Hour Shift Details: 12:00PM-8:30PMDESCRIPTION:Responsible for cleaning clinical and non clinical areas of the facility in accordance with departmental and hospitalpolicyWill also perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Major Responsibilities:QualityAdhere to safety and sanitation policiesAdhere to storage, handling and disposable of RMW, Hazmat, solid waste and linenMaintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all time Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.ServiceFocus on patient experience and follow all patient experience standardsCollaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement.Manage service recovery as needed.PeopleFoster a culture of commitment to the HCA vision, mission, and values of the organizationParticipate in team and individual employee trainingGrowthParticipate in training with senior housekeepers to further develop/advance within the industry.FinanceCorrectly utilize all supplies and resources at all times to eliminate waste.Follow all time keeping standards: time clock procedures, meal breaks, timely clockingOtherPerforms other duties as assigned.Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” and “Mission and Value Statement.” Education & Experience: High School Graduate or EquivalentPreferred1 + years of experience in healthcare Preferred1 + years of experience in housekeeping or service related field Preferred Licensure, Certifications, Training:Credential: Required: Preferred:Grace Period Where applicable, instructor card accepted in place of student credential.
