We're seeking a skilled, enthusiastic, and team-oriented General Dentist Associate to join our family of patient advocates and make a lasting impact on our patients' lives.In this patient-centric role, you'll use your expertise and passion for dentistry to champion personalized care, ensuring patients receive the treatment they need and deserve for confident, healthy smiles.   • 5+ years of experience as a general dentist in a fast-paced, high-volume practice
  • Proven track record of high production with efficiency and accuracy
  • Proficiency in basic restorative procedures, including:
    • Fillings
    • Root canals (anterior, pre-molar, and especially molars)
    • Crown and bridge
    • Simple and surgical extractions
    • Dentures and partials
  • Experience or willingness to learn advanced procedures such as implants, All-on-4, and Invisalign cases
  • Exceptional clinical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong leadership abilities to guide and mentor assigned Dental Assistants
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with patients
  • Ability to anticipate patient needs and ensure smooth procedures and positive experiences
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of patient cases and maintain accurate records
  • Proficiency in modern dental technology and computer software
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest dental techniques and best practices
  • Warm, empathetic, and authentic demeanor to build lasting relationships with patients
Qualifications
  • Licensed to practice dentistry in Maryland (DDS or DMD required)
  • DEA license
  • NPI on record
  • Proficient in placing implants (or willing to learn)
  • Proficient in root canals, extractions, basic restorative and crown & bridge work
  • Willingness to be coached on case acceptance
  • Up-to-date certification in CPR
  • Up-to-date Liability Insurance (minimum $2,000,000 per occurrence, $6,000,000 per annual aggregate)
Key Performance Indicators
  • Minimum average $500 per hour net production in any 16-day period
  • 50% or higher comprehensive case acceptance rate in any 16-day period
  • 98% collection rate of net production in any consecutive 16-day period

  • Competitive salary: Base + percentage of production ($200,000 - $350,000 based on experience and treatment acceptance %)
