We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced .NET Developer's / Lead to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. You will mentor junior developers, guide technical decisions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects while navigating cross-team collaborations and codebase integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex web applications using modern technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership, architecture guidance, and support.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain robust and scalable backend systems and APIs, ensuring integration with Azure cloud platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in .NET Core.
- Deep understanding of microservice architecture, and how to build systems that are data intensive.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, including, Servlet, JSP and JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience with any Frontend libraries and frameworks like React js or Angular
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with microservices architecture and API design.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines in Azure.
- Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD).
- Contributions to open-source projects.
- Familiarity with inner sourcing practices, enabling effective collaboration across team boundaries.
