Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Must reside within 50 miles/1 hour commute of the posted Elevance Health locations.

The Execution Director is responsible for facilitating the execution of transformational initiatives; ensuring alignment with the multi-segment business model. This role partners with the Enterprise Strategy team to implement the appropriate business model, facilitating information exchange and issue resolutions between the Execution Team and Work Streams, shared services partners, and regulatory and legislative affairs teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• MBA and PMP preferred.
• Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management.
• Strong leadership and management skills.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $117,496 to $231,900.
