Major Responsibilities

* Maintain and handle the scheduling of all meetings and appointments in an extremely busy and constantly changing environment/calendar.

* Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with multiple internal and external constituencies. (Internal: Sales, Marketing, Client Service, Portfolio Research, RFP, Compliance, HR, Operations) (External: Company representatives, Sell side Brokers, 3rd Party Research, Independent IR firms)

* Diligent and effective gatekeeping, triage, and prioritization via phone, email, etc.; responsible for managing all business correspondence.

* Arrange complete travel itineraries for all trips; proactively monitor travel schedules for interruptions and execute necessary adjustments.

* Organize and arrange both onsite and offsite meetings across multiple states/cities for multiple purposes (fundraising, research etc.)

* Process invoices, travel and expense reports.

* Assist with maintaining numerous files and records. (both electronic and tangible)

* Welcome and look after office visitors.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree required.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and related software.

* Strong organizational, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to anticipate needs and proactively take action to keep things moving.

* Proven record of successful problem solving.

* Adaptable, flexible to changes and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to work under deadlines and to accommodate last-minutes changes.

* A strong service orientation remains calm under pressure and has a positive, can-do attitude.

Compensation Range:

Pay: $60,000-$80,000 annually with opportunity for a discretionary bonus.
