Job Summary:
The Executive Administrator provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive leadership team. This role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CEOs calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Organize and maintain files, ensuring confidentiality.
- Coordinate meetings, including agendas and minutes.
- Serve as a liaison for communication between the executive team and stakeholders.
- Arrange travel plans and logistics for events and conferences.
- Support project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years in executive-level administrative roles, supporting C-suite executives.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive and adaptable to manage multiple tasks.
