Executive Administrative Assistant - Dexian : Job Details

DESCRIPTION

The US Domestic Custody - Asset Services Operations Team is responsible for the end-to-end life cycle of US Domestic Asset Service Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Review event notification to clients of market information and key dates.

· Client Instructions processing based on record keeping with Depository and Counter Parties.

· Event-wise reconciliation for COACS and Income events.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must Haves

* 3-5 years of experience in Custody or Investment Bank environment with experience in Asset Services (Corporate Actions Instructions Processing Reconciliations)

* Knowledge of U.S. Securities Market and DTC

* Understanding of SWIFT messages, especially MT566 is a PLUS

* Strong Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, formulas, keyboard shortcuts, running MACROS to manage large sets of data)

* College degree

· Exhibits boundary-less behavior, proactive and ability to work with Global teams in a matrix organization environment

· Demonstrated experience of multi-tasking and effective time management with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

· Strong time management skills required to meet the internal and external deadlines/cutoff
