We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Summary: The Executive Administrative Assistant manages the day-to-day calendar of activities and appointments of the President, and provides support as requested to the VP of Sales and Senior Leaders. Including but not limited to screening and returning phone calls, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel plans, process expenses, generate correspondence and maintain filing system. Interacts with US and/or international managers, leaders and assistants on a daily basis, maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.

  • Assist with special projects, design and produce complex documents, reports and presentations, collect and prepare information for internal and external meetings.
  • Partner with Senior leadership team on Company initiatives and rollouts.
  • Continuously improve data integrity and accuracy of reporting.
  • Attends all Senior Leadership calls and provides re-cap and follow up on topics,
  • Review President's inbox and prioritize responses and action items
  • Prepare and create PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Provide sophisticated calendar management for the President across multiple time zones and keep him/her informed of upcoming commitments, priorities and potential conflicts.
  • Coordinate meetings and participate in planning National Sales Meetings, Company Events and In-house meetings involving international executives.
  • Make travel arrangements for International Visitors.
  • Maintain weekly Manager schedule
  • Manage the Presidents travel and expense reporting.
  • Map out travel and schedule appointments at ECP accounts on behalf of the President
  • Independent projects and research as assigned by the President

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business or related major. Will consider equivalent, directly related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 3+ Previous experience supporting Executives preferred.
  • Advanced analytical skills and computer proficiency with MS Office including PowerPoint.
  • Available for international and domestic travel as requested.
  • Must have valid Driver's License
  • German language proficiency is a plus.

Physical Demands:

Will be required to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry at least 25 pounds, push, pull, sit, stand, bend and twist as necessary.
