Executive Administrative Assistant - Relationship Manager Team SupportJP Morgan ChaseJPMorgan Chase & Co, Palm Beach, FL 33480Start Date: 12/06/2023Unpaid, Full-TimeJOB DESCRIPTIONJP Morgan Private Client is hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant for the Palm Beach or Palm Beach Gardens office location. Key characteristics for this role include: positive attitude, high energy, discretion, poise, excellent judgement, and flexibility. This position is an essential part of the team and will have exposure to several aspects of running a banking office.Job Responsibilities:Administrative assistance and project work supporting the Deputy Regional Managing Director.Supporting Relationship Managers with their deal flow, appropriately handling confidential and sensitive information, managing incoming calls/emails, internal and external correspondence, working with prospects and clients.Travel planning, preparing business expenses, project work, team-related support, tending to some personal affairs.Calendar management, scheduling/coordination of on-site and off-site meetings and handouts (arranging for/initiating all video and dial-in connections), coordinating mailers, event planning and set-up.Involved in the smooth running of all Florida offices; including but not limited to visitor coordination, food & supply ordering, managing marketing collateral, coordination of mail (pick up/drop off), and general office management.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.High competency with Microsoft Office suite and strong systems/technology-based thinking.Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills.Organized, detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy, and ability to handle a multitude of tasks with shifting priorities under pressure.Ability to not only execute tasks at hand but also develop a plan of action by taking initiative.Must keep the Bank's safety and security a top priority by maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all matters.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:One to five years of experience in a relatively comparable position.Experience using Concur a plus.Experience communicating and working with Executive Management a plus.ABOUT USChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
