Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Executive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support and coordination to the several senior leaders within Biogen's West Coast Hub R&D department. The Executive Administrative Assistant will participate in the organization of large R&D activities with other local administrative and operations staff. The right candidate must be proactive, agile, organized, collaborative, and calm under pressure. Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills are essential for this role due to interactions with colleagues within the group as well as cross-functionally within the division and externally with partners. This position also requires a professional demeanor, sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple activities.
Onsite presence is required up to 3x per week therefore the chosen candidate must be within commutable distance to our South San Francisco office.

Qualifications
The base compensation range for this role is $84,000 - $113,000. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, job related years of relevant experience, internal equity, and location of the job. Additionally, this role is eligible for participation in Biogen's LTI grants and other incentive programs.
