We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health.Meet the team:Provide assistance to Executive Vice President for Global Business Services, Quality, Clinical Affairs, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory/Government Affairs by coordinating a wide variety of administrative functions, including schedule management, travel management, and acting as a liaison to all internal and external entities. This position requires a highly organized and self-motivated person who is flexible and can work well under pressure.Where you come in:Manage all aspects of executives' schedule, including coordinating and prioritizing meetings according to their preferences.Represent the executives by welcoming visitors and accompanying them to the appropriate area or person.Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives and monitoring progress.Screen all incoming calls/messages and correspondence.Arrange corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas.Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality of all personal and corporate matters.Communicate with other stakeholders acting as a conduit for sensitive information.Assist in preparing team and corporate communications in written and presentation formats.Work closely and effectively with others to coordinate company events.Assist with onboarding the executives' new hires that report directly to them.Coordinate and execute offsite team meetings and teambuilding activities.Submit and manage legal documentation using internal tools.Perform other duties as required.What Makes You Successful:You have in-depth knowledge of company operations and how to get things done through formal and informal channels.You are self-disciplined, self-motivated, extremely flexible, detail oriented, and dependable.You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).You can be accessible at various times outside of a typical workday.You have demonstrated the ability to work independently and have strong organizational skills.You possess advanced computer skills along with the ability to train others on system usage.You have a familiarity with procurement software and legal in-house matter management software.You have demonstrated expertise in creating presentations in PowerPoint.What you'll get:A front row seat to life-changing CGM technology.A full and comprehensive benefits program.Growth opportunities on a global scale.Access to career development through in-house learning programs.An exciting and innovative organization committed to our employees and customers.Travel Required:Up to 10%Experience and Education Requirements:Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience.Please note: The information contained herein is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of the duties and responsibilities of the job.
