DescriptionAmazon Ads is seeking a self-driven, customer obsessed, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support 2-3 Directors on the Global Video Ads team. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping the organization's leaders and teams organized, informed, and on task through meticulous calendar management, scheduling, and collaboration with other Executive Assistants.This high impact, high visibility role requires outstanding planning and communication skills. The right candidate will have a strong bias for action and the ability to operate proactively and strategically, while anticipating needs. Impeccable attention to detail, good judgement, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global teams are critical to success. As is a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism dealing with senior executives inside and outside the company. This is a New York based role.Key job responsibilitiesComplex calendar management and coordination of high-level internal and external meetingsSeamlessly manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, as well as expense reportingManage large event logistics (in-person and virtually) including catering, accommodations, and materials (e.g. All Team events, management courses, offsites, etc.)Partner closely and proactively with Finance, HR, Recruiting, and EAs throughout the Ads orgAttend key meetings, tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables, and following up on outstanding itemsManage team space, including moves and reconfigurationsComplete a high volume of tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidanceReact with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaroundBasic Qualifications2+ years of professional or military experienceExperience with executive level calendar managementExperience with domestic or international travel coordinationExperience with Microsoft Office products and applicationsPreferred QualificationsExperience in a fast-paced, high-tech companyExperience managing multiple calendarsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market.
