POSITION DESCRIPTION
NIF seeks a driven, passionate, engaging, detail-oriented individual to join the San Francisco-based executive team, reporting to the VP of Finance, Operations & Administration. This role comprises several related administrative functions: supporting PJF's administration, including grants, and client engagement under the supervision of the VP of Finance, Operations & Administration; serving as executive assistant to the VP, which includes scheduling, expense reporting, travel, and more; and providing additional administrative support to the Chief Planned Giving Officer as needed, for example, assisting with filing, mailing, and maintaining a shared PJF/Legacy mailings calendar.

This position will report to and be supervised by the VP of Finance, Operations & Administration.
SALARY AND COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $55,000 – $62,000 annually based on skills and experience.
