Netflix is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support for VP, Employment Legal, along with the US based leadership team, in Los Angeles, CA and Bozeman, MT. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on organization, unwavering attention to detail at all times, and clear, concise and timely communication. This is a demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who is able to exercise good judgment and significant initiative and is looking for a new challenge.Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Maintaining calendar for the VP and building relationships and working hand-in-hand with other EAs for our stakeholders across the businessScheduling meetings & calls, internally & externally, across multiple time zonesTaking notes in meetings and circulating information to the teamCoordinating travel arrangements (domestic and international) and other administrative duties (i.e. processing travel and expense reports, digital filing, etc.)Creating presentations and documents using Google SuiteMaintaining a log used to track projects and their statusManaging legal invoicesPoint of contact for the California Bar for MCLE requirementsAssisting with team projects and events as neededCoordinating offsite/onsite events & activities, including scouting locations, talking with vendors, working on all logisticsExecuting logistics for projects and events that impact the entire orgQualifications:Experience in an EA support role for 5 yearsAdvanced proficiency with Google Suite including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Slides, Google Sheets and Slack in a business environment (not just personal use)Resourceful and understands how to navigate large organizations with multiple stakeholdersExcellent organizational, communication, and customer service skillsQuick learnerSelf StarterStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to see the big pictureAbility to work comfortably with people from different backgrounds and cultures at all levels of the organizationLoads of common sense, flexibility, and maturity – must be discreet and able to maintain confidential informationPositive attitude and team player, especially when faced with changing responsibilitiesBelief that no contribution to the team is too big or too smallUnderstands how to prioritize and respond accordinglyAt Netflix, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine your personal top of market.
