SUMMARY The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and departmental support to the Executive Vice President, Global Partnerships. The role will coordinate and schedule meetings, help steer communication flows, prepare collateral, and handle other operational and technical needs. This position will also manage special projects, assist with game night priorities and booking/management of department events for the Global Partnerships team. You will be integral in supporting core objectives of the Global Partnerships department and have the dynamic ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of integrity and confidentiality. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Liaise with the senior management team and Executive Assistants across the organization and key external constituents to assist with business needs.
- Develop meaningful relationships with members of the Global Partnerships department that will fuel the ability to support key initiatives, events, logistics and operations.
- Rely on good judgment and knowledge of the business priorities to manage and prioritize Microsoft Outlook calendars (scheduling both internal and external meetings), ensuring relevant meetings are scheduled in a timely manner.
- Coordinate meeting needs (A/V support, Zoom links, printed documents, computer access, etc.) and confirm locations, attendees, and times.
- Act as a key point of contact and liaise with external vendors, prospects, partners, industry executives on behalf of EVP and department to coordinate meetings, events and hospitality.
- Perform sophisticated and confidential administrative responsibilities, including compiling documentation for review and approval.
- Prepare monthly expense reports and support budget tracking & management for the department.
- Handle special requests for clients, which may include game/event tickets, merchandise, gifts, etc.
- Collaborate with IT, Ops & Human Resources to support staff onboarding, office moves, technology needs, etc.
- Arrange travel arrangements and itineraries as needed.
- Ensure effective execution of all other ad hoc projects and duties assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 5+ years of business experience in administrative and operational roles.
- Experience supporting executives is a major plus.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience working in a Sports, Entertainment and/or Media organization is beneficial.
- Experience excelling in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple projects, internal team members, and the needs of external partners.
- Bachelor's Degree required.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS May be required to travel on occasions; trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights. SALARY RANGE $64,500 - $90,000 base salary WORK ENVIRONMENT Works primarily in an office environment but upon request will be expected to attend games and other events on evenings, occasional weekends and holidays.
