EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCES AT INDEPENDENT INVESTMENT FIRMBase Salary is $80K to $90K (based upon experience and candidate); and Paid OT (if worked)Incredible Organization with Excellent Benefits including Year-end Discretionary BonusSolidly established, global, independent investment firm looking for an experienced administrative/executive support professional to join its organization as an Executive Assistant supporting their Human Resources Department . In this role, you will support Six (6) Members of the Human Resources Team . The ideal candidate will be able to manage a wide range of administrative related tasks and executive support. This person must be exceedingly organized, a multitasker, team player who can also work independently with little or no supervision.The ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to succeeding in this role. Exceptional communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important.Hybrid with Mon-Thu in the Office near Grand Central and Fri Remote; and 9am-6pm. Lunch Provided Daily and with Paid OT will make $98K to $110K.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • At least Five (5) years of experience in a similar role; Financial Company experience preferred.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Programs required.
  • Proactive and able to anticipate the team needs.
  • Able to set priorities effectively and handle the demands of multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organization skills and typing ability.
  • Able to exercise independent judgment to stay on course with job duties.
  • Strong interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong team player.
  • Strong work ethic, including ability to do what it takes to get the job done.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Perform general administrative work, including but not limited to:
  • Coordinate and manage heavy calendars for meetings in various time zones.
  • Maintain various spreadsheets for the department.
  • Plan and coordinate complex domestic and international travel.
  • Manage and process expense reports using Concur.
  • Work closely with the other EAs throughout the different firm offices.
  • Interact with clients, vendors, and service providers.
  • Assist with other projects and responsibilities at the team's discretion.
  • Phone coverage, answer, and screen a high volume of incoming calls.
  • Set up and break down conference room meetings with meals and refreshments.
