With the rapid growth and development of the company, we look for strong, energetic individuals to join our team to grow together with us.Job Description:Chery Industrial is in search of a proactive and resourceful administrative professional to assist the CEO with daily office functions. The ideal candidate will be organized and bilingual in English and Mandarin.Job Responsibilities:
- Manage email correspondence by organizing and filtering incoming messages effectively.
- Handle incoming mail and oversee deliveries while maintaining an organized system for sorting.
- Collaborate with the IT department to address and resolve employee concerns regarding computer systems, internet access, and telecommunications.
- Assist in procurement processes and oversee the management of office supplies and service requests.
- Support management in planning and executing special events.
- Retrieve reports from the company's ERP system and compile them for presentation to the CEO and finance manager.
- Manage and organize calendars efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in office management, administrative or executive assistant roles.
- Proficient in communication with a strong emphasis on both written and verbal skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office and G-Suite applications.
- Proven ability to manage and excel in a high-volume work environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed
