Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This full-time position is based out of our beautiful office located in Coral Gables, Florida. Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Handle confidential information with discretion. Assist in the preparation of board meetings and other executive-level events. Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team. Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
