Role and Responsibilities
Working in NYC, the Executive Assistant will be a crucial member of the Guild Capital senior team, leading a global administrative support team and supporting 3-5 executives as Guild's primary executive assistant. The Executive Assistant will provide a broad range of administrative and logistical support to Guild's executives by liaising with portfolio companies, investors, and other third-party stakeholders.
The Executive Assistant will shape the operating rhythm of a complex, global calendar with many client and firm commitments by providing broad, proactive administrative support (e.g., heavy international scheduling with clients and firm colleagues, arranging complex international and local travel, visa applications, file organization, expense report submission, accounting administration), executing projects, organizing conferences, and planning off-site meetings. Daily responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, booking travel, and prioritizing across multiple leaders. The Executive Assistant will effectively prioritize, manage, and delegate several parallel workstreams and solve complex problems.
