Job Description :
Position Summary:The ideal person will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. Previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to management is critical.The ideal person for the job will be able to work autonomously to accomplish a high volume of tasks while managing moderately complex projects and schedules.Job Functions:
  • Support the President and the President's direct reports.
  • Interface with all levels of executives, managers, and employees effectively to accomplish goals and objectives.
  • Screen and direct phone calls.
  • Manage the President's contact database and enhance contact profiles.
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow-up on outstanding items.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow-through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage travel schedule, reservations, and expense reporting for senior management, as needed.
  • Lead all administrative support functions, including organizing documents, meeting follow-up and preparation, space planning, meeting agendas, org charts, etc.
  • All other duties as assigned and/or needed to be successful in this position.

Job Qualifications
  • Associate degree in human resources, Business or equivalent.
  • 3+ years' experience supporting at the executive level.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects, with little guidance, in a highly ambiguous and fast paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge and functional use of MS Office tool including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to work 8+ hours per day in a plant/office setting. Must be able to navigate all areas of the building and facility as needed. May occasionally lift and move up to 20 pounds in an office, customer, or similar setting. Must be aware of surroundings.
  • Appropriately interact with others in stressful and busy situations.
